Offsite Development Levies Annual Reports

The Offsite Development Levies Annual Report provides the public with an open and transparent account of levies. The annual report is prepared in accordance with section 9 of the Municipal Government Act’s Off-site Development Levies Regulation (187/2017), requiring municipalities to provide a written annual report to the public presenting:

  • a full and open disclosure of all levy costs and payments; and
  • details of all levies received/utilized for each type of leviable infrastructure.

The 2020 Offsite Development Levies Annual Report was presented to Council on November 9, 2021.
